- Unlock the store 30 mins before opening.
- Ensure the opening checklist is completed 10 mins before opening.
- Support in maintaining a clean store at all times.
- Maintain a positive, vibrant, and professional atmosphere in the shop at all times (music, cleanliness, and happy team & guest).
- Ensure all closing duties are complete and the shop is ready for open the next day.
- Ensure front desk operation runs smoothly and efficiently by supporting as needed with the check-in/check-out process, booking appointments, and checking voicemail/answering the phone.
