• Each month, you'll put $49 into your Self-Care Stash.
• Every dollar belongs to YOU to use when you want to on services or products.
• You receive 15% off services and products at any The W Nail Bar location.
• You receive The Mani with your choice of gel or regular polish for FREE just for signing up!

...it's that simple!

• Self-Care Stash members commit to at least three months of the membership by signing up.
• Banked funds never expire and there is no deadline to use them as long as the Self-Care Stash membership is active.
• The membership recurs monthly beginning on the date of purchase for a minimum of three
  monthly consecutive payments. Billing dates will reoccur on the same date of purchase each month.
• The membership can be canceled at any time. We request a cancellation notice at least 30 days before your next billing cycle. If you request to cancel within 30 days, you will be charged. To cancel, email support@thewnailbar.com.
• If the membership is cancelled, banked funds can be used within 12 months from the cancellation date. Offers and discounts do not apply post-cancellation.
• Self-Care Stash benefits are non-transferable meaning they can not be shared between guests. This includes group appointments. Banked funds cannot be used to pay for group appointments.
• Self-Care Stash discounts cannot be combined with other promos.
• Self-Care Stash banked funds are non-refundable.
• The free The Mani with gel service is valid for 12 months following the purchase date of the Self-Care Stash. This does not cover the cost of add-ons other than gel polish. The guest may book additional add-ons; however, they will pay for the services.
• Self-Care Stash balance can be used to purchase a gift card; however, there is no discount applied toward the purchase. A gift card cannot be used to purchase the Self-Care Stash membership.
• Self-Care Stash balance cannot go towards gratuity. Tips should be paid via credit card, debit card, cash, Venmo, or Cash App.
• If a guest chooses to cancel their membership, they may not re-purchase the Self-Care Stash membership for 12 months following the cancellation date. Each guest qualifies for one free service. If a guest re-purchases the membership, they will not receive an additional free service.
• Appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance. If an appointment is not canceled 24
  hours prior to the appointment start time, your banked funds will be applied to the full-service
  price. We will not honor the membership discount for late cancellations. Any remaining balance from appointment add-ons and modifications will be charged to your card on file.
