IN-STORE RETAIL RETURN POLICY

Effective December 20, 2024

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your item; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to The W Nail Bar for a full refund or an exchange. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Guest must have receipt and a customer profile in our system to process an exchange or refund. Purchases made in-store without creating a guest profile are final sale.

Unopened and unused products returned within 30 days qualify for a full refund to the original form of payment. Opened or used products returned within 30 days qualify for store credit of the same value.

To return an item, bring it back to any of The W Nail Bar’s locations. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted any time after 30 days from the purchase date.

All Sale Items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. If you have any questions concerning our return policy, please contact us.
