Amazing product and amazing customer service!

I've followed The W Nail Bar on TikTok for awhile - using many of their videos for nail inspo. I have very dry hands and cuticles and knew I needed their cuticle oil - but sadly it was sold out. I put myself on the waitlist and as soon as I was notified it was in, it was "add to cart". I received my order quickly but unfortunately the pen was broken. I contacted customer service and not only did they reply quickly, but they replaced the pen immediately. I have been religiously using the pen since. Love the product and love The W Nail Bar!

Im only one week in!!!

I love watching the Tik Toks! I have nails that are recovering from Gel and the damage from not wearing Gloves when I clean. Looking so forward to seeing my cuticles get softer and love my nails again.

The packaging is cute and quick shipping. Unfortunately my oil smells rancid. Not worth it.
